Senior Boys’ Volleyball

The senior boys’ team had a great season. They improved and progressed immensely under the guidance of our coach Mr. Bruce Hutt. We thank him for all his time and knowledge. Our team consisted of two graduating members- Preston Hutt and Mark Freitag, thanks to both boys for their commitment and leadership. We qualified through conferences in Montmarte and moved up to Regionals in Norquay. The boys gave it a good fight but were unable to qualify for Provincials. Here’s looking to next year!

Junior Boys’ Volleyball

The Junior Boys had a great volleyball season! This year, we played in the Estevan league again but also had the opportunity to play several other teams. The boys started out the season at a tournament in Arcola with some tough losses. However, with lots of hard work and dedication they developed advanced skills and great team dynamics to lead their league. They placed 2nd in round robin play at the Estevan league tournament and 3rd overall after a tough playoff loss. At Junior Districts, the boys played some great sets against some very tall teams and had a dominating win against Carlyle to end the season. Good job boys!

Junior Girls Volleyball

Our Junior girls had a phenomenal season!  The team worked hard during every practice and game, striving to improve their skills and learning to work together as a team full of a large number of new members.  Their incredible work ethic and dedication to the team was rewarded by winning this year’s Rookie District

Championship!  Congratulations to you ladies on your incredible win!

Senior Girls’ Volleyball

The senior girls’ volleyball team had a successful season this year. The girls worked hard over the course of the season, which was evident by their continuous improvement. The team attended tournaments in Stoughton and Montmarte, where they were competitive in every game and represented the school and community well. The team travelled to Churchbridge for 2A conferences on November 8th. The girls competed hard and lost a few close sets to the other schools there, even though we were quite shorthanded. We would like to thank all the girls for their hard work and dedication this season, as well as a big thank you to our parent drivers.

Miss Ulrich and Miss Morstad
